Kim Marshall Rosero first joined the Language Institute in 1996, the same year Atlanta hosted the Olympics. She taught in the Intensive English Program and specialized in upper level grammar, writing, speaking and listening. She then worked in The Home Depot's Corporate Communications department in 2004, and eventually returned to the Language Institute in 2012. Since then, she has focused on teaching the Spouse Courses, conducting English Proficiency Screenings for J-1 Visa Scholars and Student Interns, and worked on other special projects. Kim earned a Bachelor's degree in French at Vanderbilt University and Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Georgia State University. She has taught in private language schools in Japan and Costa Rica. In her free time, Kim likes to spend time with her husband and three sons, who play a lot of soccer and love to travel.
